The hardware and software industry is the protagonist of a paradox in the field of digital evolution. On the one hand, they are the generators of the structure on which the rest of the companies support their own evolution, but, at the same time, in many cases they suffer internally from the same problems of adapting to changes in their customers' behavior.
Part of Smartup's management team comes from the software development field and we have experienced how the market demanded these companies to develop customized technology to overcome their limitations. When more robust technological products began to appear, the problem for this type of companies began to be the friction in the implementation. Not only was it complicated to adapt standard programs to specific needs, but also the teams responsible at the client suffered from significant friction during the learning curve, which was not always overcome.
Parallel to the above, the different innovations in all economic sectors force them to a constant evolution of their offer, which generates, once again, a pressing need for automation of the processes with the highest operational and economic return.
What do we bring to the hardware and software industry from Smartup?
From our internal knowledge of the industry, and as an active agent in the same sectors in which companies in this important business sector operate, we adapt our capabilities on two complementary fronts:
- We collaborate in minimizing the friction generated by the learning curve of the end user with the services he has just acquired from our client. To this end, we work together to identify the ecosystem of existing connections between its technological structure ( back end) and its commercialization process, understanding how to feed in the most efficient way possible, with the results and improvements provided by the new software and hardware, the customer journey ( buyer journey) turning these software and hardware suppliers into companies of integral digital transformation.
- In parallel to the above, in many cases it is of interest to have a specialized workforce in the field of both advanced analytics and digital marketing for which we developed a service level agreement based on the concept of RevOps concept, which involves adapting processes, capabilities, response times and costs to the most competitive standards in the industry.
